When shall I receive my ticket number?

If you have purchased a ticket online, you will be allocated a unique number and you will receive an email with your order acknowledgement and ticket number.  If you have purchased a paper ticket, your draw number is printed on your ticket.  All entries will be published on our website in advance of the live draw.  This will not happen until all the tickets have been sold.  When you purchase an online ticket, you will receive an order number as proof of purchase.

 

I have purchased a ticket online, should I receive a ticket in the post?

No, you will receive your order number via an automated email from this website.  If it does not arrive in your inbox please check your spam/junk folder before emailing competitions@castlearchdale.com.  You should also receive a receipt of your payment from Stripe.

 

Do I need to be a member of South Donegal Bands Forum to buy a ticket?

No.  The draw is open to anyone.  Upon purchasing a ticket, you will become a social member of South Donegal Bands Forum from the day you purchase your ticket until the draw has been completed.

 

How do I enter?

Who can enter the competition?

The competition is open to anyone over the age of 18 worldwide.

 

Can you pay offline?

On-line only at present.  Please email competitions@castlearchdale.com to arrange alternative payment.  Paper tickets are available from members of the organising committee or by contacting Castle Archdale Caravan Park on 028686 21333.

 

Can anyone attend the event?

The draw will take place live on the Holiday Home Draw Facebook page on Thursday 21st April 2022 at 8pm.  If the minimum number of tickets required to run the draw haven’t been sold the draw may be postponed.  Members will be notified via the www.holidayhomedraw.com website and through social media channels.

 

How many tickets are on sale for the competition?

A maximum of 10,000 (Ten Thousand) tickets are available for sale of which 2000 are paper tickets and 8000 are online tickets.

 

When is the competition draw?

Thursday 21st April, however the organising committee shall endeavour to bring the draw forward to an earlier date should the draw sell out quicker.  Any changes to the date will be advertised and promoted to all members on the website and the various social media channels.

 

When is the closing date for entry?

11.59pm on 7th April 2022 or when 10,000 tickets are sold.

 

What happens if you do not sell all the tickets by the closing date?

5000 ticket sales are required in order for the draw to take place.  For more information see our Terms & Conditions…..

What are the details of the prize?

A newly built, Pemberton Marlow, 2 bedroom mobile home, complete with fixtures and fittings.  The prize includes 2022 season pitch rental, located at Castle Archdale Caravan Park, 346 Killadeas Road, Irvinestown, Co.  Fermanagh, BT94 1PP.  Pitch rental runs from 1st April 2022 – 31st March 2023.  A cash alternative of £40,000 will be offered to the prize winner if they do not wish to avail of the mobile home.

 

How will the prize be drawn?

All people who purchase a ticket will be given a unique number between 1 – 10,000.  This list will be published prior to the draw taking place on our website.  By purchasing a ticket, you agree to your name and ticket number being published.  The competition winner will be selected using the Google random number picker.  This will be recorded and broadcast live online whilst also being independently monitored live by a third party adjudicator.

 

Will the draw be independently observed?

Yes, the draw will be independently observed by an independent adjudicator.  We also recommend that you read the terms and conditions page prior to entering.

 

Will you be streaming the draw online?

Yes – we will be streaming the event live.

 

When will the winner be notified?

The winner will be notified within 14 days from date of the prize draw.

 

Can the winner take a cash alternative?

The draw is as stated on the www.holidayhomedraw.com website however the South Donegal Bands Forum will offer a cash alternative of £40,000 to the prize winner if they do not wish to avail of the mobile home.

 

Can the winner sell the mobile holiday home?

Yes, the property will be legally theirs so they can do what they please with it subject to the conditions associated with the Castle Archdale Caravan Park & Campsite Ltd.

What are the rules related to the caravan park?

When will the mobile be available to use?

As soon as the prize winner has verified their identity to the promoter.

 

Will I own the pitch?

No.  The pitch is rented from Castle Archdale Caravan Park & Campsite Ltd.

 

When will the pitch fee be due?

The pitch fees for 2022 season are covered as part of the prize draw.  The 2023 pitch fees will be due to be paid to Castle Archdale Caravan Park Ltd by the winner by 1st April 2023.

 

What are the pitch fees?

Pitch fees vary from season to season.  Contact Castle Archdale Caravan Park & Campsite Ltd for current rates.

 

Must I use the pitch at Castle Archdale Caravan Park?

No.  If you have access to an alternative pitch in another part of Ireland and can confirm in writing that the pitch will be available by the 30th April 2022 the promoter will arrange for the mobile to be taken to that location.  Any costs associated with the move must be covered by the winner.  Pitch rental will not be included in an alternative caravan park.

 

Is insurance included?

No

 

What happens if my answer is incorrect?

Only correct answers will be entered into the competition.

 

I want to buy a ticket as a gift/put in someone else’s name, is this possible?

Yes, simply put the name(s) in the appropriate field on the Buy a Ticket Page.

 

I want to buy a ticket on behalf of a group/a syndicate – is that possible?
